Joyce is happy to join our team at Splendid Smiles with over 30 years of experience in dental hygiene in Northern Virginia. She believes that a dental visit should be a gentle, positive, stress-free experience and takes great pride in helping patients of all ages feel at ease in her chair. Joyce is thrilled to join a team of like-minded professionals who share her commitment to clinical excellence and genuine compassion. When she isn't helping patients achieve healthy smiles, she enjoys spending time with her adult children and four beautiful little granddaughters. An avid animal lover, she is often found "at the barn" or on the beautiful trails that surround our area. Joyce is excited to meet you and provide you with compassionate, gentle dental care."

Tina, Lead Dental Assistant

As a Lead Dental Assistant with over 18 years experience, including pediatric care, I am dedicated to creating a positive, comfortable, and reassuring experience for every patient. Building trust is an important part of my role. I strive to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard and valued, while supporting our team in delivering excellent, personalized dental care. Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially my four grandchildren. I also love riding motorcycles and taking short trips with my husband. I look forward to welcoming each patient to our office and helping them feel comfortable, valued, and confident in the care they receive.
